Came here earlier this year and got treated terribly and decided to give Dallas BMW another chance and I instantly regret it. I tell him I need an oil change and if the techs can look at the brakes on the car, I get a condescending reply of “well you don’t need to be telling me that because they check either way”. Pretty rude but I blow it off since I need the service. After an hour or 2, he brings me back up saying there was a nail in my tire, and just asks me what do you want to do, no context as to where the nail is, which tire or anything. He wanted a response there and then and quite frankly I felt pressured to say yes as I’m not familiar with tires and he just kept staring me down. Red flags everywhere but I just kept my car there for the necessary services. Finally time to pay, normally they would give me the receipt of what services and fees I need to pay but Joe decided to keep it hidden under his arms and quickly set up his credit card machine. I waited briefly hoping that I would get the summary but no all I got was tput your card in the machine. I left the dealership feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. I am a young female so obviously joe had a target on me since he first saw me. I felt as though I was mistreated and taken advantage of because I am a young female. I was spoken down to in a rude and condescending manner and felt extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the customer service I received was subpar, to say the least and the antithesis of my expectations as a loyal BMW customer. Got a reply this morning to call and ask for a general manager after being grossly mistreated twice at the dealership. got placed on hold for 15 minutes then finally got someone to answer just for them to give me the runaround that they don’t have the GM’s phone number of the senior advisors either. This BMW dealership is doesn’t seem to value its customers. BMW of Dallas is beyond scummy. More

Not a luxury experience. Almost no knowledge of the car despite being a fully loaded, top of the line 7 series car. Poor communication on issues, including not communicating errors on the build. Nickel and dimed on basic merchandise (I requested a dealership or bmw key chain) despite purchasing a $115k car. Pathetic. More
