First time getting vehicle serviced at this dealership and everything was fantastic. I actually travelled from out of state to get my 1,200 mile break in service done. First time getting my vehicle serviced here and was extremely impressed with the service. I had Logan as my advisor and he was very communicative on providing updates. When my car was finished, it was extremely impressed with the service. I had Logan as my advisor and he was very communicative on providing updates. When my car was finished, it was washed and the front floormats vacuumed. The front tires were shined, and rims cleaned!! The little things go a long way, appreciated it! More

Took wife’s 2020 X5 in for final 3 year maintenance service. Called on 12/19/22 , appointment scheduled for 12/20/22. Vehicle service warning alert stated service due 12/22. Advised by Service Advisor service. Called on 12/19/22 , appointment scheduled for 12/20/22. Vehicle service warning alert stated service due 12/22. Advised by Service Advisor coverage ended on 12/13/22. Which was 3 years from when the vehicle was purchased. I was advised that this agreement is offered by BMW through a third party and there was NOTHING they could do. 😂 Everyone schedules their services based on the information provided by the vehicle service reminder, which stated service due on 12/2022 (not a specific day of the month)- Seems like you need to remember what day of the month you purchase a “new car”. All of this over a “Brake Flush” which was the only service needed and being a “week” late. So sad that this is what customer service has become. More
