Mr. Barnes kept me aware of everything that was going on with my car. He also kept me in the loop as to when my transportation would arrive. Jonathan Hester who picked up my car was on time, very courteous and friendly. Zach called ahead of time to let me know that Mr. Hester was on his way. My major problem with BMW is NOT with the service courteous and friendly. Zach called ahead of time to let me know that Mr. Hester was on his way. My major problem with BMW is NOT with the service department, it is with the car itself, specifically with the automatic time change feature in the car. When I bought it in 2019, apparently BMW had not developed the time change feature that automatically changes the time when traveling from one US time zone, for example, from Eastern Standard time (EST) to another, for example Central Standard Time (CST). A few months later, apparently the feature was developed, and time between zones was expected to operate automatically. This feature never worked in my car! I find it profoundly disappointing that BMW is unable to develop this simple feature and make it work properly in its costly cars, yet Honda was able to develop it and make it work perfectly in its moderately priced vehicles as early as 2011! Shame on BMW!! Is there any way to fix this disappointing problem? I find it shameful that my 2019 BMW does not provide a feature that has worked superbly in our older moderately-priced 2011 Honda Pilot. More
