My Wife and I bought our first BMW 2. 5 years ago. Josh Reichlin was our Client Advisor . He found exactly what we were looking for and the whole process was the best we ever experienced 5 years ago. Our last scheduled service the service was taking longer than expected. The service department contacted Josh and Josh found us a BMW to drive (all without us knowing) and recommended a couple restaurants for lunch. When we came back from lunch not only was the scheduled service finished, but they were able to find and replace an exhaust tip trim kit (the original had some paint peeling), all at no cost. This dealership (Sales and Service) strives to provide the best possible service and make its customers happy. We live over 100 miles away, but because of their friendliness and service we will be buying again from Josh and this dealership when the time comes! More

Dave Johnson is the go to man when you need a new or used vehicle. He makes the car buying experience joyful and relaxing. When I got to the BMW service department, I was greeted, as always, by name from John and Tony the two service managers. Tony assured me they would replace my window, perform my routine maintenance, and make sure my car is Winter ready—all in one visit. He wanted me to keep the loaner until all the work is done. The Drewing Automotive Group is all about great customer service, which is why my whole family drives BMW!!! More
