I don't even know where to begin! Our entire experience with BMW of Columbia was fantastic. Brett and Adam were so fun and kind and it felt as though we had known them for years. Every employee we came in with BMW of Columbia was fantastic. Brett and Adam were so fun and kind and it felt as though we had known them for years. Every employee we came in contact with had a smile on their face and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. We had fun! We were worried that we wouldn't qualify for the loan but Brett and Adam kept us thinking positively. It was so easy to talk to them and explain our situation. There was no judgement, just kind, understanding words. When we learned that we had qualified, both Brett and Adam seemed happy for us and proud of us. The dealerships we have visited in the past were okay. Thankfully, we've never had a very bad experience, but BMW of Columbia was, by far, the best dealership we've ever been to. We will definitely be back, and we recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The icing on the cake: their prices are reasonable. Yes, you read that right! A dealership that doesn't tack on thousands of dollars to the price tag is rare nowadays. BMW of Columbia sells their vehicles at market value. Great service, great prices, great vehicles.
