Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Columbia BMW. I drove 5 hours each way when there was another BMW dealership 30 mins away from my house, and I’m glad I did. They could have taken advantage of the supply situation, like every other dealership I spoke to, but they gave me a great price on a new vehicle and great value for my trade-in. Brett Cloon was awesome! I am VERY particular about the used vehicles that I purchase. I found (on line) the model of Audi I was looking for at BMW of Columbia. I requested a BUNCH of photos and Brett Cloo used vehicles that I purchase. I found (on line) the model of Audi I was looking for at BMW of Columbia. I requested a BUNCH of photos and Brett Cloon came through. Brett gave me his honest option of the Q5 and said the vehicle is very clean. Brett sent numerous photos. Before I was able to review all the photos he sent, Brett called and informed me found something he did not like. We talked about the issue and Brett sent me a video of the area of concern as well as the entire car. The area of concern was acceptable to me so I continued moving forward. After reviewing the photos I did find a few minor scrapes and scratches which Brett was able to have his detail folks buff out. We worked out a price and date for me to go over the vehicle. Once I was at the dealership the car was in the "delivery" area for me to inspect. The car was even better than I had expected. Did find one discrepancy (rear view mirror). Brett took care of the issue to my satisfaction. Road test followed, no discrepancies. Paper work followed and I was out the door. Car ran great on the 7 hour drive home. Could not have asked for a better buying experience with Brett. I have purchased a few vehicles over the years and have NEVER wrote a review about the purchase. I would definitely recommend and would buy purchase another vehicle from Brett and BMW of Columbia again. Great working with you Brett! More
