When I got to the BMW service department, I was greeted, as always, by name from John and Tony the two service managers. Tony assured me they would replace my window, perform my routine maintenance, and make sure my car is Winter ready—all in one visit. He wanted me to keep the loaner until all the work is done. The Drewing Automotive Group is all about great customer service, which is why my whole family drives BMW!!! More

Great, quick experience! Great experience with Brad Davis! My friends told me to go see Brad at BMW, but I didn't want to go to another Machens dealership; and to my surpris Great experience with Brad Davis! My friends told me to go see Brad at BMW, but I didn't want to go to another Machens dealership; and to my surprise, they are not affiliated anymore! I resisted, looking at half a dozen other dealerships before my friend told me again to call Brad. I did this time and to my surprise it was actually an enjoyable car buying experience! I'm a very busy Mom who didn't want to deal with the mess of a dealership; dreaded it actually! Brad brought the car to me, we negotiated over text, made a deal, and I didn't walk into the dealership until I needed to sign (which took 20mins)!!! It was great! Also the level of customer service Brad provided during and has promised after my purchase is great! I really can't imagine dealing with another "car guy" after this! I should have listened to my friends earlier! More

I’ve purchased a handful of new cars throughout the years and by far the folks, Matt and Steve, at BMW of Columbia have been the most relaxed and easiest guys to work with. The process began online with Steve Veros, sales manager, who later paired me with Matt Wiggans. When it came time for a test drive, Matt handed me a key and off I went. As simple as that. My 2019 X3 was a factory order, during which time Matt kept me up to date on the status but did not overfill my inbox with unnecessary information. By far, this has been the easiest and I emphasize relaxed, car buying experience ever. More
