Very helpful in facilitating a sale long distance! We searched for a Model X online and found one at BMW of Columbia at a more than fair price! It was worth the 5 hour drive and Derek Estes sent more p We searched for a Model X online and found one at BMW of Columbia at a more than fair price! It was worth the 5 hour drive and Derek Estes sent more pictures and video to increase our comfort with making the sale essentially over the phone. He even drove it to the supercharger on the other end of town to “fill ‘er up” before we left with it and he spent an hour on the phone with Tesla trying to get it out of the “valet mode” the previous owner had locked the car into. They gave us a very fair offer for our trade and truly did everything they could to make this a smooth process- in and out in less than an hour! Great service and great price! More
