They were super friendly, and not in a cheesey used car sales man way. You could tell they really cared. Derek did a lot of the leg work before we even got there. So we didn't end up spending all night at the dealership. Their pricing is competitive compared to kbb and they didn't have any of those 'gotcha' fees. I even kept asking, "so what's the final, final price" because I was anticipating some silly fees. Needless to say, Derek has earned customers for life. More
