Even though they knew the issue with our vehicle we still got what we viewed as a fair trade in. Not only that but everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and more than willing to help. Our salesperson Brad Davis went above and beyond to accommodate our early morning arrival (before 8 am) to shop and helped get all the paperwork knocked out when we had to leave for work so when we cam back in the evening it was just a matter of signing a few documents. To make the grand reveal special for my wife he even out a pink bow on her new X5. I can safely say we were well taken care of and will undoubtedly be back for future purchases. More

Everything went really really smoothly. I had 2 trade ins and I was frankly shocked at how much they were willing to give me for the 2 vehicles. Much more than I expected. They have the vehicle ready for you to test drive washed and at the front curb when you get there. Test drive is smooth. I live in Illinois and was worried about having to pay state taxes in 2 states. Come to find out, Missouri doesn't tax vehicles and I would only have to pay Illinois sales tax. Then it's off to the financial office to work with Adam Miller, one of the kindest most patient people I have ever come across. It was a Saturday and the banks kept jerking him around for about 2 hours on the loan process. We signed an initial contract and he worked that week to get us the best loan he could possibly find. It took our APR from 6.99% to 4.99%!! The warranties they have available are fantastic and the prices are great too! Looked up the warranty company they work with and it is rated A+ by the BBB. As far as the dealership itself. It is very clean and organized.Sparkling clean bathrooms. They have refreshments including popcorn, Icees and Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend everything about this dealership. More

Bob is the man! He will find your perfect ride! I contacted Bob with some pretty specific goals for buying a truck that weren’t the easiest to get in one package. I told him that I knew I wasn’t being very realistic but it didn’t have to be a quick turn around because I was just interested but I didn’t absolutely need to get a new vehicle. Within days Bob sent me a text saying that he found a the Premium (F-150 King Ranch) package of the truck I was looking for. Bob exceeded my expectations by finding the perfect truck with the perfect price tag. Once I decided that the truck was for me, I just sat back and let Bob get the financing and trade going. Honestly I figured that this process would take a few months to meet my budget and that I would eventually have to find something on Craigslist.
