Stress free! Rusty and Brad were great to work with! Negotiations, paperwork, etc. was all very easy. Both Rusty and Brad were great at constant communication throughout the whole process! This showed my husband and I that car buying doesn’t have to be painful :). We will definitely be back! More

Simple, Friendly and Smooth My initial salesman was Curtis. He moved things along quickly and with a great, helpful and happy attitude. I was given a great price for my trade-in My initial salesman was Curtis. He moved things along quickly and with a great, helpful and happy attitude. I was given a great price for my trade-in as well. After working out the details with zero struggle or concern, I was handed over to Adam to handle the financials. Very professional and friendly as well. He put together a great spreadsheet that clarified all I was considering. So helpful! Great organized effort! I would give Curtis, Adam and the BMW team a 10! Best experience EVER! I have had so many horrible experiences with dealerships. But Brad Davis with BMW of Columbia was amazing. I understand dealers need to make a sale bu I have had so many horrible experiences with dealerships. But Brad Davis with BMW of Columbia was amazing. I understand dealers need to make a sale but it never felt like he was putting that over what was best for me, or what worked for me. He let me know what would be a great reliable vehicle. Committed to car, sold to a "better dealer customer"? First off, 2 sides to every story... not sure who to blame. I committed to buy a certain BMW convertible from Mike. We negotiated over the phone and t First off, 2 sides to every story... not sure who to blame. I committed to buy a certain BMW convertible from Mike. We negotiated over the phone and text. Came to an agreement. Was to be a surprise for my wife's birthday. Trying to rush and keep a secret. Mike had texted me and verbally discussed and said we were good with car (agreement) and it was to be purchased by me. But another person had taken on a test drive, but salesman wasn't selling to her. She didn't come back from test ride. Then it was an emergency. More excuses followed. Mike became slow to respond, and then 5 days before my wife's b-day I get a call from Russ, telling me it was sold to a lady that had bought 5-6 cars from them previously. He seemed apologetic for the situation, wasn't sorry for selling a car, but blamed miscommunication. Again, not sure who to blame, but my wife didn't get car she wanted for her b-day.
