Why did I buy in Columbia. The made the process easy and fast. The Client adviser David Watson didn't waste my time like other dealers do when trying to buy a car. Fortunatly since I travel to St. Louis a couple of times a month buying a new car in Columbia was not a problem for me. The dealer was fair and worked hard to make a win/win deal with me since I was trading a 2014 BMW 750Li xDrive. All the staff I worked with were professional. Russ the GM, Brad Davis the paperwork person and the BMW genius who explained all the features of the 2019 X5. If you are in STL or KC don't overlook a quck trip to Columbia if you want to make a good deal. More

We set up a time for the next day to see the car and we went for a test drive. I took a day to review things David had set up in terms of price, trade in, etc. I got a fair trade in on my car and a good price for their car. I felt comfortable during the interactions and did not feel pressured or hassled. I did have a bit of a wait to get in to work with the finance guy but he was helpful and pleasant to deal with. I discovered a.small problem the day after I took the car home. Called David.and he got me in right away, fixed the problem, and there was no charge. Love my new BMW and was impressed by the Dealership and especially David Watson. More
