A Great Experience!!!! Each time I purchase a car from a dealership, I completely dread it. When I called Josh Grantham to inquire about a car I was interested in, I told h Each time I purchase a car from a dealership, I completely dread it. When I called Josh Grantham to inquire about a car I was interested in, I told him what time I would be by that day. When I arrived, he had the car pulled to the front of the building, a dealer plate on it and the engine running so the A/C would have it cooled off. I test drove the car and began negotiations with Josh. I didn't make a decision that day. I contacted him the next day with another counter-offer and the car was mine! When I arrived to pick it up later that day, Josh had the car clean, filled the gas tank and ensured the paperwork was ready. I met with Adam Miller, who was very organized, efficient and the paperwork was done in lightning speed! AND, Adam gave me a card for a free oil change! I also get free car washes at the dealership as long as I own the car! What I appreciated the most about my experience is that I was buying possibly the cheapest car on the lot at Joe Machens BMW, but I was treated as if I was buying the most expensive car. I never felt as if I was being pressured and the facility is beautiful. Thank you both for a wonderful experience!!!! More

We were able to take the vehicles out on a drive on our own and we were not pressured in any way to purchase. The transaction was quick, not a lot of sitting and waiting. I did have to call to follow up on title and paperwork and I didn’t receive the check for taxes, but overall the experience was great. More

Great Experience From Start to Finish Found the car I wanted online sitting on the Mercedes lot. I was referred to Brett, so I called him up and he was able to get the car for me. I told him I hated car dealerships and the stigma attached to them. I told him wanted a No-BS, give me your best price and I'll take it or leave it transaction and that's mostly what I got. He did play the salesman/negotiator card a little on my trade-in, which I expected, but had hoped to avoid. I know that's just part of what you get when going to a large dealership. He wasn't pushy, just used the negotiation tactics dealerships are known for. Other than that, the transaction was seamless. Everyone there was super friendly and the deal went off without a hitch. Overall, I would have no reservations about using BMW of Columbia again and would specifically request Brett if I go back. More

Great experience. Drove to Columbia from Kansas City to look at a Mazda Miata.
