From the first phone call that Brett answered, they were nothing but helpful in assisting us in traveling over from KC to see and test the car. It was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. Brett also made sure the technician who was expert on the electric/hybrid features and operation took us through all our questions. They had a brand new identical model on the showroom floor but never pressed us on it since they knew we were only interested in pre-owned. Needless to say, we drove our vehicle come that day!! We agreed on price on the phone, gave him a cc deposit, rented a car near my home and drive down the next business day. Test drove, paperwork and done. David followed me to rental company to drop the car, back to the dealer and drove my Camaro home. Couldn't have been faster and easier and the folks were genuinely nice people.
