My great experience with BMW of Columbia Mo. I visited a local BMW dealer near me in the Tampa Clearwater Florida market looking for a new 540i MSport. During my research I built a car on the BMW I visited a local BMW dealer near me in the Tampa Clearwater Florida market looking for a new 540i MSport. During my research I built a car on the BMW website to my preferred spec and searched dealers for a match. I clicked on a dealership in Missouri to view a car very similar to my build. My local store had one close, we negotiated a deal but the car was not exactly the colors I wanted so I hesitated signing the docs. Later the same day a gentleman from BMW of Columbia, Josh Reichlin called based on an inquiry I made on a car that had the options & colors I preferred. I thought this would be a stretch to make this happen from 1100 miles away. Within 20 minutes Josh gathered information regarding my trade and price point. An hour later We had the deal complete, Brad Davis processed the financials and down payment and Josh arranged for their driver to meet me half way to trade and sign documents. In my 61 years of life and over 40 cars purchased this has been the most pleasant experience to date. The honesty and integrity Josh Reichlin and Brad Davis exhibited throughout this process was incredible. Buying a car 1100 miles away and never meeting the sales associate face to face could have been anything other than a good experience. These gentleman answered all my concerns, expressed great respect and value of my time. from the initial phone contact to the delivery this was an exceptionally great experience! I wish I had more time to make the complete trip to the dealership to take delivery and thank Josh and Brad in person. These gentleman are the professional measure of personal car buying. He is an amazing example of exactly how to be a salesman - even after the purchase, which sometimes can be overlooked. Totally awesome experience I was totally impressed with Derek Estes. I gave him a challenge to find me a Hummer H3. I had certain things that I wanted and he delivered. Russ Berry was the best also. He sent 2 guys to go pick it up so I could have my dream vehicle. He was the best. I had financing and that is when we were introduced to Adam Miller. He was able to work out the financial parts to OUR liking with no issues or problems. These gentlemen will do whatever it takes to get you the vehicle, price, mileage, color. You name it.
