I called Brett right away and he immediately called the previous owner, check in the dealership to see if he could find it... No success He then looked on eBay for the equivalent and text me the link. The next day he texted me that he found the part for me... For FREE! I was so happy... You see it's when things are not perfect that you see the true color of an individual. Absolutely The most positive outstanding experience I have been purchasing cars for over 30 years. Never have I had this type of experience with a dealership. Although I was not spending a lot of money I have been purchasing cars for over 30 years. Never have I had this type of experience with a dealership. Although I was not spending a lot of money purchased a used car (2012 rx350 Lexus) compared to the price of a BMW. I was not treated any different the service was five star and then some. From the first contact with our salesman Dusty Ville was attentive, informative and helpful without being aggressive and pushy. I had a choice of using a local dealership or travel 2hrs to this dealership. I am extremely happy I chose the later. Once there, the car was ready for us to inspect. It was even in better condition than the website could reveal. Although, the picture were very good. There were no hidden issues a “great car.” Financing department-Brad Davis superb customer service like Dusty Volle. Originally we were going to bring our own financing. However, at the last minute decided to try to use their financing. Brad immediately did his due diligence and was able to find us great financing. Because we could do a lot of the paperwork ahead of time the whole experience took less than two hours from the moment we enter the showroom to signing loan papers. OUTSTANDING! It is obvious these gentlemen have CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST. Which is obviously not what we are used to these days. I am also, going to use a word I have never used in conjunction with a dealership- HONESTY! Final thoughts - many dealerships can say customers service is priority- Those are only words - this dealership and its employees have proved to me they mean it. Finally a stress free experience Being a Senior citizen brings it's own issues when purchasing a car. Finally bought a car and afterwards realized it was stress free.
