This is my 2nd car I have purchased from Columbia BMW. Dave Johnson was my salesman and he went beyond expectations. I bought a 2021 BMW and came in just before closing time. I would recommend them very highly for any type of vehicle purchase. They deliver on their promises even after the sale. They also have the best customer lounge in Missouri. More

I highly recommend visiting BMW of Columbia in Columbia Missouri!!! I unfortunately didn’t have the best luck with my first bought car ,however it made the biggest difference to have an entire team of peop Missouri!!! I am a car discerning car enthusiast and prefer to see prospective vehicles in person. Moreover, never having purchased a car on-line, I was wary of the whole process. However, I was pleasantly surprised prospective vehicles in person. Moreover, never having purchased a car on-line, I was wary of the whole process. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and effective the process was when I met Brett Cloon and Brad Davis. I was interested in one specific vehicle (330e) and BMW of Columbia had exactly the one, at a good price, and in immaculate condition. Immediately upon contacting Brett, he shot/shared a 360 video of the exterior and interior. It put me at ease to know I was dealing with a person that was professional and enthusiastic about my purchase. From there on out he was very responsive and courteous. Also, due to the pandemic, travel from Michigan to Missouri was not ideal so Brett arranged for vehicle transportation and made sure it was delivered in time for me to take an important road trip with my kids in my new car. This meant a lot to me. Then there was the financing. I worked with Brad Davis. He is very professional and easy and good to talk to. Moreover, he gave me an outstanding interest rate. All the paperwork was overnighted and executed with ease. I love my new car and today (weeks after the purchase) am shocked and impressed by how easy Brett, Brad, and the folks at BMW of Columbia made an offsite purchase. It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend them! More

Perfect car to downsize and feel safe & sound I traded in a large SUV for a 2020 BMW X5 40i and I couldn't be happier. I've always had large SUVs, but this could be my favorite car I've every had I traded in a large SUV for a 2020 BMW X5 40i and I couldn't be happier.
