From the moment I set foot on the property I felt welcomed. I was greeted by the receptionist and she advised me where my salesperson Brett was seated. Got back to the dealership, where once again I was treated courteously and professionally. Had to wait perhaps five minutes for the finance manager Adam who also treated us great. Got everything signed and we were on our way. I have to add that the morning started with an email and a couple phone calls from Brett to assure me that the vehicle was in pristine condition as I would be driving just over two hours to see it. So to wrap it up, I could not be more pleased with the entire experience from start to finish! The vehicle I bought was a 2019 440i xdrive, and if you can find one which isn’t easy, and you find it in Columbia MO, make the visit, you won’t be disappointed. More
