After totally my vehicle in an accident, I was unexpectedly needing to shop for a car right away. And looking at cars is just not my favorite thing to do. The first two dealerships I stopped at, one had very little selection, and next had cars that just weren’t clean. Was so relieved when I drove into BMW of Columbia. I found car after car after car that I liked and was within my budget. And each vehicle was spotless. Kudos to the detailing crew! I was immediately impressed. Didn’t need to look any further, which was a relief. I worked with Derek Estes and he was so helpful with helping me make the right decision. I felt like he gave me honest answers to my questions, especially when I had narrowed it down to two cars and couldn’t make up my mind. Also asked for additional accessories and those were ordered and delivered right away. He followed up with me instead of me having to call them. I appreciate that. Next worked with Brad Davis who made the financing quick and easy also. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was familiar with my own bank so I was able to make some changes for me quickly. It was a pleasure working with the BMW of CoMo team, highly recommend, and I will definitely be back. More
