After a nearly 15 minute conversation with the owner, the operations manager and the service manager during which not one of them apologized, but instead insulted us by comparing 60+ hours of water intrusion to a “lifetime of getting in and out of the car with rain boots and an umbrella”, their solution was to dry the car with a heater and shop vac and return it to me. "These cars are made for this!" they said. Water intrusion damage can take months if not years to manifest and they know it. And yet just 4 days after the intrusion, the car reported an "urgent interior function" code - the driver restraint system was malfunctioning. We asked them to buy the car back. They said no. We asked for a replacement and the owner’s response was a snotty, “how do you know the replacement vehicle won’t have water damage?” My mission is to tell everyone, everywhere I can reach about their negligence and lack of accountability to take responsibility and do the right thing. They are personable and reliable. Just purchased a new BMW with Cedric. Cedric was my sales representative a few years ago and I came right back for my next car.
