Andy is quite the professional. I really enjoyed working with him. Jeremy is very knowledgeable about the service end and a pleasure as well. They gave me a good value in the trade. The only thing was the rotors were warped, so I had Lexus of Chattanooga to fix them for $199. I wished they had fixed that before putting it up for sale. Other than that, the experience was excellent. If I were the dealer, I would move Jeremy to full service, he is excellent with customers. He is a keeper. Andy could not have been more pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him. He was not high pressure and very helpful to my needs. You have a winner there as well. More
