Amazing! Tom Williams BMW in Birmingham, Al sold the 2011 550 i GT that they were working on for my husband and I all week. They avoided our calls so saw a 2012 black on black GT and I called Tom Williams to 550 i GT that they were working on for my husband and I all week. They has a driver follow me back to Montgomery, Al so my husband could sign the paperwork since he was at work. When I arrived they were friendly and attentive. I loved it! On Friday 24 August 2012 we stopped by the dealership 'just to take a look'. Kelly Cosper assisted us in narrowing down our selection and we test drove a used and a new X3. It was our first visit to BMW and Kelly showed us around the entire premises including the workshop which is spotless and very impressive. We arranged to purchase the new X3, which is a joy to drive, and organized to return on Monday 27 August 2012 to settle the deal and take delivery of the vehicle. On both visits we were impressed by the pleasant and professional manner of all staff with whom we came in contact. Everyone was willing to do whatever was needed to serve their customer (us!!) in the best way possible. We were particularly impressed by Kelly Cosper who is an intelligent and professional person with a great personality and tons of enthusiasm.
