I made an appointment with her, at my earliest convenience, and purchased a new 2013 BMW 535i from her that same day. After the sale Christine e-mailed and called on the 'phone to ensure that I was satisfied with the car. I have been treated the way I expected by Ms. Dumas and am looking forward to doing business with her and the dealership again. More

I visited this dealership immediately after visiting another manufacturer’s dealership in the area. The salesman at the other dealership did not seem interested in my business - probably figured I coul another manufacturer’s dealership in the area. I then visited BMW of Chattanooga where they made me feel welcome. Based on their friendliness and their reputation for "after the sale" performance (and of course the car itself) I looked no further. I purchased a 2013 Z-4 from them and have never been happier.
