I feel compelled to write this review, and tell you how amazing the team at BMW Chattanooga are! I have trust issues buying cars, big trust issues. I ended up here largely because of the brand, but obv amazing the team at BMW Chattanooga are! I have trust issues buying cars, big trust issues. I ended up here largely because of the brand, but obviously had they the car I was looking for too. They had an opportunity to make a quick $ on me, but chose to do the right thing when so many dealerships might have taken a different approach. In short, there was a price adjustment on the vehicle I was buying the day I purchased. I’d already got home before it coming to my attention. They could so easily have given me every excuse under the sun to not fix this. But no! They refunded me the difference the following day without hesitation. Honestly, I was flawed. I never expected it, totally shocked but so appreciative. They could have made a quick $, but instead they earned a customer that will spread the word! These guys rock! Cody was my sales associate, he was attentive, personable and very communicative through the process. The car is amazing. Detailed beautifully when I arrived, and with a full tank of gas of course. Integrity is still alive in the car world. This team proved it! More

This was my second BMW purchase inside of a year from Jonathan Allers. He's great! Not only is he fun to deal with, but he does a great job of working with the customer to get the financing worked out Jonathan Allers. He's great! I highly recommend this dealership, and Jonathan specifically, to anyone looking for a new or used BMW or really any make of used vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle online because I thought “BMW” dealership would only provide the ultimate in sales and quality cars. I will never do this again.
