I absolutely love BMW of Chattanooga. I just bought my 5th BMW there and had my previous one serviced there Everyone I deal with there is great. I have had my previous BMWs serviced at other BMW dealerships but none are as customer service focused as this one! 5 stars! More

Beware of the Financing dept. Had them show (2) deposits when we purchased a vehicle recently, one was a cash deposit on a the vehicle and the the other was a add on warranty we Had them show (2) deposits when we purchased a vehicle recently, one was a cash deposit on a the vehicle and the the other was a add on warranty we paid out of our checking account that I was told he could cancel at anytime and get the funds back, NOT TRUE! It was written in the paperwork as a down payment which I did not catch so therefore it was not done separately and we cannot get the money back so that is 2K worth of money that either has to go back to a credit union which I did not agree to sign with or keep the warranty which I don't want because I don't keep cars long enough usually it was a poor decision on my part to add it and I cannot get the money back More
