Upon arrival was told my service coverage expired 3 weeks earlier and would be charged ($828). Car has just over 10k miles since new. Ask service manager to cover and he said No. Really, 3 weeks out on a repeate customer who has owned a BMW since 1980, many purchased from this dealership. Should be ashamed. I left and will have service performed elsewhere. More

First purchase of a BMW from BMW of Chattanooga, although I have had 3 prior BMW's. As an out of state buyer, much of the work done prior to closing was by email, text and phone. When picking the 2025 X3 M I have had 3 prior BMW's. As an out of state buyer, much of the work done prior to closing was by email, text and phone. When picking the 2025 X3 M50 up, I arrived a day earlier than scheduled, but they were well prepared. The vehicle was ready, paperwork had been prepared, and the entire staff I met with (5 individuals up to & including the GM) were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a BMW to consider BMW of Chattanooga for your purchase. More
