Upon arrival was told my service coverage expired 3 weeks earlier and would be charged ($828). Car has just over 10k miles since new. Ask service manager to cover and he said No. Really, 3 weeks out on a repeate customer who has owned a BMW since 1980, many purchased from this dealership. Should be ashamed. I left and will have service performed elsewhere. More
