Mike, we regret your most recent visit with us was not satisfactory. We understand how frustrating it can be to come in for maintenance to find out your maintenance policy had expired 3 weeks prior. Our service manager tried to show goodwill by offering to comp the oil change but that was deemed not satisfactory on your end. I would be happy to discuss this service visit with you at more length.
