Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, the Service Advisors and Staff at this location are all top notch. Omar Medina has assisted me with my vehicle on multiple occasions and dealership, the Service Advisors and Staff at this location are all top notch. Omar Medina has assisted me with my vehicle on multiple occasions and I always know that myself and my car are in good hands when servicing my vehicle for a variety of situations. I have walked in unannounced to schedule service multiple times and was taken care of immediately. Even if Omar is away from his desk finishing up with another customer on said walk-ins, the wonderful Service Advisor Christine would be right there to assist me. The Parts Department and Technical Mechanics are exceptional and true professionals in their respective areas. Hands down the BMW I’ve ever visited over 40 years. More

I dropped off my vehicle at 7:45 and they told me the service would be 2 hours. I never heard back. I called at 11:50 to check the status and I was told that my service manager was at lunch and he would call me back. He never called me back. I called back multiple times and finally reviewed a pickup around 3:00. Once at the dealership I waited for 35 min and they brought my car unwashed. The service manager had an attitude that he could care less. More
