Bjern Larson does not have good customer service skills He doesn’t answer his phone and doesn’t reply to voicemail messages He called to give me an estimate and never told me my car was going to stay an ex He doesn’t answer his phone and doesn’t reply to voicemail messages He called to give me an estimate and never told me my car was going to stay an extra day Then after calling Sales at 5 pm the next day to ask if I could go pick up my car I was told that Bjern was gone for the day I called the next day and again tried another phone number to track him down and he said oh your car is staying here until Tuesday bc we had to order parts He never called me as a courtesy to let me know that my parts were ordered and that my car was staying longer More
Showed up for a 10am appoint, 35 minutes later no one addressed my arrival. Had to track down service advisor myself. It took 3 days to complete an oil change, brake fluid, and investigate a washer fluid addressed my arrival. Had to track down service advisor myself. It took 3 days to complete an oil change, brake fluid, and investigate a washer fluid leak. They even missed during thier "100 point inspection " I had a runing light out. Communication was aweful. Bjern was helpful, I just wished they washed my car after the service since it was there for a while.
