Over 4.5 in service for a simple oil and air filter change. I was told it would take 90 minutes. No call phone call to say it was done. So I go back in, and they took forever to bring it around, my car change. I was told it would take 90 minutes. No call phone call to say it was done. So I go back in, and they took forever to bring it around, my car had four miles on it, and smelled funny. Which is beyond frustrating when it is a high end M Competition that I baby! I do NOT appreciate some dude taking my car for a joy ride, worst BMW dealership/service center I’ve been to. I take incredible care of my car, and will not take it back here. Sketchy and horrible service experience. More

I arrived at BMW Encinitas, with no prior appointment, with a potential electrical problem with my 15 year old 330i. Sold a car with numerous issues that were overlooked on the inspection that was done prior to the sale. There has been no attempts to make it right whatsoever. Andres was the one who was especially not hel the inspection that was done prior to the sale. There has been no attempts to make it right whatsoever. Andres was the one who was especially not helpful. I’m writing this for anyone looking to do business with them. Don’t. Save yourself the unneeded stress and worry and don’t buy anything from them. It’s a money hungry scram looking to leave you with little to nothing. They sell bad cars in unfit conditions without notifying the consumer of the defects.
