Efficient sales process and wonderful after-market service. I am a long-term customer at BMW Encinitas. Both purchasing and servicing my vehicles. Years ago the service technicians resolved a problem another local BMW service center was repeatedly stymie purchasing and servicing my vehicles. Years ago the service technicians resolved a problem another local BMW service center was repeatedly stymied by. I have been taking my cars here for service ever since. In addition to the smart service team, we customers are treated extremely well. The service managers (shout out to Arthur for the latest service) go all out to make sure I understand the service needed, and that I am comfortable. Communication is excellent. There are choices in patio or indoor seating areas and a small dog park. A choice of freshly ground Starbucks coffees, wifi. Or get courtesy car drive service, or take a loaner BMW home. Most importantly, I know my car is in the best of hands. More
