Bought my car a year ago and have had the pleasure of working with Jeff at the service center for my maintenance items every time. He is awesome. The service center is quite dated, needs a remodel. Furiture and waiting area are less than ideal. It seems quite hectic to check in - they need to look at the Lexus service center model - night and Furiture and waiting area are less than ideal. Still waiting for an update on the part they need, I need to have a follow up to complete my service, I had to initiate the call to get a status - still waiting. Does not even come close to the service I would expect for a high end car dealership. More

the cost of repairs. I was told that one my BMW328i a 2007, that there are two small oil leaks that it would run me around $4000.00 plus to correct this is crazy, that you need to take the whole front en 2007, that there are two small oil leaks that it would run me around $4000.00 plus to correct this is crazy, that you need to take the whole front end off to replace a oil pan leak. NO WAY, I need to find another BMW repair stop, I just can not afford that type of cost any more, I am retired. More

My visits to the BMW Encinitas have always been pleasant, easy, and efficient. They receive me like a VIP although I drive a very old BMW. I appreciate my car more and more after each annual service.
