I took my car in to BMW Encinitas because of a noise in the sunroof when closed. The service advisor was knowledgeable and professional. He reassured me that the problem would be taken care of. Issue with my brakes was resolved by the technician who road with us to hear the squeak we are complaining about. They are new break pads and often take some time to be worn in. Very poor service. Came in as scheduled, had to wait for the contact employee to get off his phone for 15 minutes. The customer interaction area is a depressing run down office with awkward silence silence and, frankly, a bunch of guys that are just not good at interacting with customers. I decided to take the car to another BMW dealership instead. More
