Brought car in at 10:00 a. m. for a routine check up covered at purchase. Due to a very heavy service day, (which I believe was due to over scheduling), my car was not finishe m. for a routine check up covered at purchase. Due to a very heavy service day, (which I believe was due to over scheduling), my car was not finished until the next day. They were kind enough to request a return trip to my home with Lyft. When I retrieved the car the next day, I discovered (after I returned home) that the tire pressure cover screws were missing. Also some personal serviceman's items were found in my car. More

Brought car in for service. Was not called back in the promised time. Had to call three times to be told the car had not yet been looked at. Before my last experience I would have rated this dealership-10. From the woman answering the phone to the unbelievably horrible customer service in the service department it was all horrible. Then a service light came on and life circumstances forced me to return. Boy what a blessing that turned out to be! I ended up working with Chris from the service department. I can honestly say that he is by far the best customer service rep I have ever worked with, not just at this dealership, literally anywhere. He alone is the reason my rating went from a score so low it wasn’t even offered on your rating scale to what it is now. Your entire dealership could learn a lot about outstanding customer service from this man. More
