Very poor communication on service advisor's part (Keith). Car was promised to be completed (wheel alignment) in 4-5 hours and was brought in with an appointment in the morning. Arrived for my appointment on time (10:30 am on Tuesday7th)). Appointment was for a recall, PVC valve replacement. I had made appointment the prior week. The car was returned at 5:30 on the 9th of February. That is approximately 48 hours after appointment. I think there is an opportunity for improvement.
