I brought my 2008 Mini Cooper S into the BMW dealership in Carlsbad after dealing with a frustrating issue and a previous bad repair. Right from the start, the service here was professional and reassuring. Huge shoutout to Guillermo Torres, the technician who worked on my Mini. He took excellent care of the car and handled everything—from the parts to the repair—with skill, speed, and a great attitude. He got the job done quickly and returned my car in fantastic condition. It truly felt like my car (and I) were in good hands. If you own a Mini Cooper and want it done right, I highly recommend the BMW dealership in Carlsbad—especially if Guillermo is the one working on your car! More
