The Dealer is great. My service, sales, and finance manager excellent (Nyphon, Adham, & Morgan) although brought my car for regular maintenance and simple fix. They provided me with a dirty messy loaner car with opened bag of goldfish crackers on the floor sticky cup holder that I cleaned my self took care of the loaner car as if it was mine. Once my car was ready to pick up, my car was dirt my floor mats was all muddy, interior seats and screens was dusty as if my car was driven to a dessert with the windows open, my all weather mats was stuck inside a part of my car had a bump on my speakers as if it was accidentally hit by a knee. I returned the loaner car with great condition and cleaned it my self. I was excited to get my car back and was so disappointed. I am not rich I am just fortunate that i could afford a very expensive car and they returned my car as if it was a 2nd hand beat up Toyota Corolla. I was sad driving my car home and was not excited and did not feel good with my car because of how they treated my car the msport logo was all stepped on with mud. Thats when i saw all the dirty details in my car i was gonna clean it but I said to my self why should I? BMW is a luxury brand as what they say on BMW motto “The Ultimate Driving Machine” I dint feel that way when I got my car back it even said on my receipt paperwork report “Detailed car wash” which never happened. My heart hurt when I saw the dent on my speakers. I dont usually write bad reviews but this just deserves a negative feedback. I even told them that I dont want to be that person but I had to complain and if anyone wants a photo when my car was returned to me let me know. I can show proof there are no excuses on what happened to my car. They lended me a car and returned it in pristine condition with gas and hand vacuumed since the last person that used the loner must be a parent with opened bag of chips. Moving forward, this Visit at BMW Carlsbad (they just relocated brand new building office) was a 2 out of 10. 2 because my Service manager was great but the results were lacking, sad, dirty and broken, my car became a broken dirty driving machine new motto. Took my BMW X3 to them for a recall service. I did not know any car checked in afternoon cannot be completed on the same day. But, Patricia arranged Lyft to take me back home. Despite a myriad of competing demands on him amidst a complex dealership move, he 100% truly extraordinary in his service and competence throughout. Omar Medina went above and beyond as my service advisor. He personally took on my case with the insurance company after an accident and made sure I was 100% taken care of from start to finish. Omar took an unpleasant situation and created a satisfied customer experience. Omar went above and beyond after finding out I had to borrow a friends car to make sure I had use of a complimentary rental to use. I have never been treated with such courtesy or detailed follow up. Never once did I have to call Omar. He followed up weekly with me on the status of my car. Omar took it a step further and dealt with the insurance company directly so I didn't have to. I will be forever grateful for Omar and Encinitas BMW. I am definitely a satisfied customer for life! More
