I appreciate you guys getting my car back up and running. It put my faith back into buying the BMW when the motor blew 3 weeks after owning it. The only thing I can complain about is that my service writer told me we were waiting on an approval for a new motor but one day I just got a call saying it was ready. They decided to just replace some parts in the motor and I wish I would’ve known what was going on with an update that they weren’t waiting on the approval of a new motor and instead was going to try and fix the problem when the service writer told me that the motor was shot. More
Went here for my first service appointment. The overall service was poor and did not compare well to other non-luxury brands. Intake and pickup were really slow and the service advisor did not help me troubleshoot the initial issue, basically telling me to call BMW over the phone and ask them instead — Additionally you had to hunt for the service advisor and the rest of the staff weren't helpful in helping you intake or retrieve the car. I do not recommend this service center at this time - The issue has not been resolved and wasted at least two hours during intake and retrieval. More

I brought my car to get the windshield replaced and I got a call 4 hours later that they didn’t have the windshield. Why would they schedule me without having the part? Then I was told that the part will tak a call 4 hours later that they didn’t have the windshield. Why would they schedule me without having the part? Then I was told that the part will take a month to get in. So, 4weeks later I called and asked if the part was in and the parts person told me it had come in a week ago. No one called me. Also In between that time about 3 weeks in, I called and left a message and no return phone call. Made an appointment and brought my car in. Get a call to tell me that the work is done, but while putting air in my tires they scraped my rim. They fixed it and it looks great. But, that was a bummer. When I went to pickup my car I noticed on the rim they fixed the stem cap was missing. So I asked them if that could put on. One of the service men came out and twisted one off of a rental car and put it on my car. It didn’t match!! I said nothing. At that point I felt like I would be making a big deal out of something small. There was little attention to detail and the customer service as far as communication was lacking. I was disappointed. This is my first luxury car and I was really thinking that it was all about the experience. I do know that they were in transition from Vista to Carlsbad, but really should not change customer service. More
