It was very hectic and crowded. I think they over-schedule, and then everyone has to wait longer for the service. I was very tired by the time I finally got my car back to go home. Complete recall service on VANOS bolts holding engine in engine compartment. Very happy that the work was completely performed without me spending more money on service.
