Christine at BMW of Carlsbad is one of the best customer relations agents I have come across. I have always been happy with the experience I have when I go to BMW of Cbad. One critique: I called in for an appointment weeks before the appointment. When I got there I was told I was not on the list. The fellow asked how I make my reservation. When I told him I called in, he said “yea, that doesn’t work. People who call for an appt usually don’t get on the appointment list”. Huh? What!!! I put my patient panties on and it turned out ok. That experience did rob me of an extra half hour of my day. Annoying but did not ruin my day. Not too much of a big deal but I know BMW holds itself to a higher standard and may want to look into this. Maybe have the service phone operator simply say no I can’t set up and appt, do it on line. Just a suggestion. More

I had a very bad experience with the Service Center at BMW Carlsbad. I dropped off my BMW X5 for a first oil change (8 months after purchase) at the Service Center. After picking up my car from the Service Center I noted buff marks and scratches on the inside door controls on the driver side. Their service team also did not investigate and resolve one of the issues I informed them about when I made the service appointment. Overall, a very bad service experience at this location. More

Right from the start, the service here was professional and reassuring. Huge shoutout to Guillermo Torres, the technician who worked on my Mini. He took excellent care of the car and handled everything—from the parts to the repair—with skill, speed, and a great attitude. He got the job done quickly and returned my car in fantastic condition. It truly felt like my car (and I) were in good hands. If you own a Mini Cooper and want it done right, I highly recommend the BMW dealership in Carlsbad—especially if Guillermo is the one working on your car! More
