I bought a car from Paul Capparella at BMW of Cape Cod. The entire process was straightforward, and about as pleasant as purchasing a car can be. You shouldn't have to compliment a dealership for that, but in my experience, it often goes other ways. Left with the car within 2 hours including test drive and trade-in. I would recommend them 100%. More

I went to this dealership with high expectations that I would give up being a Mercedes owner and try becoming a member of the BMW family. Paul Capparella was the salesman I dealt with. He allowed us to test drive the car and gave me all the pricing I would need. I told him I would like to sleep on it and would get back to him. A day later I called when they opened and said I am ready to purchase and would be over with a check. He told me he had another customer interested in the vehicle driving up from Ct. I said ,"can't you just call him and tell him it is unavailable." He said absolutely no. He would have to give this individual the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. In an era when cars are at a premium , I would think first come first served would be acceptable. Paul would not change his mind and said don't bother coming over here. I will call you after the visit and let you know what the customer decided. Needless to say no call. Very disappointed in my initial encounter with the reps in the BMW world. I have taken my cash and went back to The friendly service oriented people at Mercedes. More

Traveling from the Outer Cape home to souhern Connecticut in the early morning hours, I ran over a piece of metal/landscaping equipment/car part - qho lnows but this put a 3" gash in the tire. This was on a brand new car. - not even one week old! BMW Roadside Aasistance took the call and got me towed into Hyannis. I was assigned Arthur, and he was great to work with. Very accommodating and pleasant! He had them take care of the job right away so I could drive another 2 hours home and work remotely for thre rest of the day Lol More
