I went into the dealership for loud fan diagnostics. They wanted to charge two separate diagnostic fee as fan related to cooling and AC systems. The service rep wanted to justify it is not excessive and all wanted to charge two separate diagnostic fee as fan related to cooling and AC systems. Also, he told me the second diagnosis request when I was going to pick up the car after four days at shop. And my request for car old parts were not given. More

We took a while in our search for the right car. I began corresponding with Samantha H. in sales. Since we were not in a hurry, we took some time before deciding. When we went back the model I wanted was corresponding with Samantha H. in sales. Since we were not in a hurry, we took some time before deciding.
