On Thursday October 28, 2021 I brought my BMW 320 in for service as the "TPM" (tire pressure malfunction) light was on. On Friday October 29, 2021 the service agent Thomas Ciranni called me up saying for service as the "TPM" (tire pressure malfunction) light was on. On Friday October 29, 2021 the service agent Thomas Ciranni called me up saying that the tire sensor was missing. I tried to explain to him that this was impossible as the sensor is inside the tire. I asked if they took off the tire to check and see what was going on. He said no and that he doesn't want to waste his time having a technician to do so and if I was going to pay for them to do this. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This is the basic scope of diagnosing the problem. After several minutes I finally convinced him to take off the tire and check inside. Sure enough they found the sensor. Thomas then sent me pictures saying the sensor broke off inside and pictures of my tire. He had no explanation on how the sensor broke or how the tire was cut inside. After BMW refused to accept any responsibility I picked up the car on Monday November 1, 2021. Upon doing so I noticed the same tire looked very low but I thought maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me. I proceeded home and in less than 24 hours the tire was flat. I contacted Thomas and he basically said I'm sorry there is nothing I can do. The car was not given in with a flat tire therefore shouldn't be returned with a flat tire. I tried speaking with the manager Nick Giordano and he too refused to accept any responsibility for the shoddy work performed. More
I’ve been in the market for a new car for over a year and couldn’t decide which one I wanted to buy. I kept searching and constantly changing my mind on the car. Everyone pretty much assumed that I wasn’t getting a new car. That all changed when I visited BMW of Brooklyn with a friend who was looking to buy a BMW. During my search, I did come across a few BMW models that caught my attention, but it wasn’t until I met Anthony Miccio, Client Advisor, that solidified my decision to buy a car. Anthony was courteous, knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in what I was looking for in a car. I also appreciated that he was very straightforward and did not try to upsell me with things that I didn’t want or need. There was never a moment that I felt pressured or unsure about what I was getting into. In fact, the very same day that I visited the BMW of Brooklyn, I ended up purchasing a car! That’s an almost impossible feat for a chronically undecisive person like me, but that’s how comfortable I was in Anthony’s hands. I met with Nick Hernandez, General Sales Manager, during the financial process. He was very personable and made the process easy and smooth. He took the time to explain all the options available to me and helped me figure out what I needed. He was an absolute joy to speak with, I felt like I was speaking with a longtime friend. I love my new 5 Series. What they say is true - the BMW experience is a whole another level! I highly, HIGHLY recommend BMW of Brooklyn to be your official BMW dealer. I give it 10 stars out of 5! You know where to go for your next BMW…you definitely know where I’m going!!! More

I purchased a BMW X5 almost 2 months ago. I finally received my floor mats after weeks of emails and calls. I had not ONE call from my sales person after I purchased the car and NO return calls from h received my floor mats after weeks of emails and calls. After almost 2 months I still do not have license plates and am waiting for a return call.....I am terribly disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone, nor will I go back when/if I decide to buy another. I had an emergency, my car was overheating, so I took it to the closest BMW dealership. It took the dealership 5 days to diagnosed the problem. I had to actually go to the dealership and requested they rele to the closest BMW dealership. It took the dealership 5 days to diagnosed the problem. I had to actually go to the dealership and requested they release my vehicle so I can take it to another dealership and then all of a sudden the diagnostic was done. After getting the car back and taking it to my usual dealership for service. My adviser informed me the air filter housing was damaged. It hard to get a hold of the service manager Nick Giordano. I had to go to the dealership and he agreed to replace the parts. It has been over 1 year and I haven't received a call that the parts are ready for pick up. Please stay away from this place. More
I’m very disappointed with BMW of Brooklyn Sales department. The service was good at the time when I signed the contract, however, no one ever told me that my maintenance warranty would expire befor department. I’ve just moved to NJ recently, so it makes sense for me to do my car’s maintenance service in NJ. I set up an appointment, went there and then found out my maintenance warranty was expired last month, and my lease will be up next year May. I was advised to call BMW of Brooklyn dealership where I lease my car from. I called numerous times and finally got to talk to the Sales Manager. I explained my situation and the Sales Manager asked me to bring my car to Brooklyn for service and he would send an email to the service department and take care of it. I took his word and made an appointment with the Brooklyn service department. I drove all the way from NJ to Brooklyn for service, however, what a shame that the Sales manager didn’t send an email as he promised and even worse, he denied having had a phone conversation with me. It’s not about the maintenance warranty expired upsets me, but being played by a human being. More
Don't waste your time! I called for quote for a service and after transferring me 3 times through different lines, the last person did not even say a word and just hung up the phone. I drop the car off and am told by Danny that it will take about an hour to get looked at. For 3 hours I am calling and getting the runaround, no one can get ahold of Danny or tell me what's going on with my car. I decide to go in myself. As soon as I go in my car magically gets seen right away. I wait 20 minutes and get a text stating I need to pay almost $600 for my key to be fixed. I go to find Danny and come to find out the SERVICE MANAGER denied me getting a warranty saying there is no way that it would just pop out and since there were scratch marks on it my warranty was voided. I was given a number to BMW to make a complaint and my car was parked outside. I have made numerous calls to the dealership to make a complaint and I was consistently denied. I even tried reaching out to the general manager of the dealership who I had to call because no one at the service department will call me back, and am still waiting to hear back. This place makes you wait 6-7 hours for a simple oil change and the last time I went they even forgot to wash my car. I will be updating this review when I finally hear back from somebody at this dealership. More
