This is a review based on our new lease experience this past weekend 11/11/16, we returned a 2014 328 xi sedan, and leased a 2017 X3 2.8 SAV model. It all started inadvertently from me misreading an e-mail dated 11/4/16 from BMW Financial that I took LITERALLY, "The purpose of this letter is to discuss the lease termination in the next couple of months" so instead of checking I assumed that "OK I have a 36 month lease, the car goes back late February - early March 2017 because we picked it up Feb. 29, 2014 the leap year ( the actual lease maturity date was 6/03/2017 more than 6 months away). That in mind we visited Friday 11/11 to discuss options and new cars, we spoke with Vlad Sidorenko. We were looking at 528's X drive and the X3 or X4 pricing and program specials offered. We test drive with Justin a very polite young man we drive, showing us the features and discuss politics! After the drive we decide on the X3; the seating position, visibility, options and price, it was a no brainer, we signed the paperwork and schedule the pick up for the next day. We arrive at the dealership ready for the new car, we sit with Manny discuss the other options we wanted, paid our deposit and signed some papers. Vlad went over the features set up the keys, shook hands and we were done. Michele sat in the car I made a pit stop, upon exiting the bathroom I go to say goodbye to Vlad and the rest of the staff and he says to me " You know that your 2014 wasn't due back until June 2017,... but don't worry we will make this work!" mind you the plates are changed the personal items are in, and Michele is waiting in the car. I am now trying to pick my jaw up off the floor, I am mortified and embarrassed upon hearing that I completely screwed up the return dates, Vlad runs the events by Jay the manager. Thankfully Jay’s expertise, insight and kindness in matters such as these came to the forefront, he gave me scenarios and options that were very helpful in not having to return the X3, so we were very happy with the outcome. We now have a new addition to the family in changing over to the slightly taller vehicle, after having it a few days I love the visibility and performance that this model offers, while still keeping the BMW Ultimate Driving Machine mantra. It truly is a well rounded performance truck, if you can call it that!! Thank You to Jay Sarasky-Manager & all the staff at Life Quality BMW, you truly are first rate! We own 2 BMWs and we are treated great at any dealership we go to. Leave it up to Life Quality BMW to break that trend! Why this place is so callous and depressing is beyond me. The repair shop gladly takes recalls and Easy high-money repairs items. Once you have recurring problems or problems they can't fix, Susan tells you to try an independent repair shop. Nick, same way. Ellen, she only gets involved if you write a review. Having Certified Pre-Owned warranty does not help! Having BMW wheel and tire insurance does not help! These are not honored at this dealership without some pushing and sweet talking to the service advisor. Otherwise good luck getting your car professionally serviced. Not trusting these crooks with my vehicles, I've had other mechanics check my car for good measure. Not surprisingly, The independent mechanics confirmed that Life Quality was responsible for missing screws and parts not tightened all the way on BOTH my cars. I once had a technician steal a $70 item from my trunk! THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS! Susan should not be working with cars or customer service. Nick, the manager, has better customer support skills but is a stubborn, shady, self-serving, and rarely helpful. Ellen is merely their internet "watchdog" who scours sites and helps disgruntled customers talk to Nick and his incompetent crew of crooked clowns. She merely ensures Life Quality has good internet reviews. It's all fake folks! What does BMW of North America think about this? NOT Happy! I'm in touch with their relations team about this dealership. More

When time came I called to Life Quality BMW and my call was accepted by Rory DeLousie. From the first minute of our conversation I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and, what is very important,his honesty. When I came to visit the dealership everyone there met me with a friendly smile, like inviting me to become a member of the family. Rory showed me the car of my dream, let me drive it as much as I wanted and then offered the price. He did not bargaining with me, did not run back and forth to the manager; he just gave me the best possible price and I gladly accepted it. It was fair, it was honest, it was like it is supposed to be at the big respectful and self-respected company. No pettifogging, no lies, no empty promises. Rory introduced me to his manager, who gladly spend his time asking me about my needs and concerns in regards to this new purchase. He kindly offered me to keep my new car at the dealership till I return my leased Mercedes-Benz and even to give me a lift from Mercedes-Benz dealership after I return my car there if it would be in Brooklyn. I am very grateful to Rory for his attitude, his advice and his honesty. It is nice to be back! More
