I’ve bought many cars and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had to date. Be very careful if considering this dealership - consider purchasing elsewhere. Necessitating wait while the car defrosted which might not matter to some, but with 3 kids and wife in tow, delays add up. Along those lines, despite sending financial information days prior and confirming intent to purchase with speed being a priority, the buying process took more than 3hrs day of purchase. At time of purchase, dealer stated the car passed a thorough inspection by their mechanic with the only known issue (aside from minor cosmetic scuffs of a used vehicle) being a single $29.95 rear brake pad sensor causing the presence of a warning light on the dash at the time of purchase. Being that I was purchasing a BMW at a BMW dealer, I took BMW of Bloomington at their word. Upon driving the car home and having it inspected 48hrs later by BMW of NWA - another BMW dealer not a 3rd party - it was discovered that not one but multiple sensors were missing in order to remedy the warning light along with a total $3,800 of unresolved maintenance due on the vehicle not previously disclosed. Upon reviewing this new information with BMW of Bloomington less than 48hrs after purchase of the car, I was told that since I had already completed the purchase and driven home “this situation is between you and the other dealer” - ultimately taking zero accountability for the state of the car. When I asked to speak with the manager (Woody), I was told the individual was not available and would not be returning until the following week. Multiple calls were made in the week following and with messages left seeking follow up, but my call was never returned. More
