Hello Sahin, We are sorry that your recent service visit was not what you had hoped for. As you mentioned in your review, you brought your vehicle in for service after replacing your tires from Discount Tire, in hopes that we could help diagnose a vibration issue that was occurring at high speeds between 70mph and 110mph. Our Technicians did their best to diagnose and resolve the issue, and were able to note the vibration up to 70mph but did not exceed the posted legal speed limit of 70mph. When the vibration was noted by our technician, we recommended road force balancing tires. Unfortunately at the time, your lug nuts were unique and the tool to remove the tires was not in the vehicle which required you to bring your vehicle back in with the proper tool. Once you returned with the vehicle and the tool needed to remove the lug nuts we were able run more diagnostics and learn that the front tires were only static balanced and not dynamically balanced and that all four tires were out of limit specs. We then road force balanced all 4 tires and test drove the vehicle up to the 70mph speed limit, at which point, no vibration could be felt. Our service advisor has reached out to you about this issue and we have set another appointment to ensure that your vehicle is running in the best possible performance.
