This site won't allow 0 stars but this is certainly a 0 star service. May have had the worst service and repair experience I've ever had at any dealership with them this week. To keep it brief, I specifi star service. May have had the worst service and repair experience I've ever had at any dealership with them this week. To keep it brief, I specifically requested a certain tech handle the work on the car. They noted it when setting up the appointment, I mentioned it again at drop off, just to find out that they had someone else do the work. I was told by the service manager that usually if someone requests a specific tech, "No one else touches that vehicle." But that isn't true. They had it three days. Longer than what they were supposed to because the correct tech had things that needed looked at the following day. The car was in for paint repair as well and they allowed an unqualified person to do touchups in a way that I think a Jr High schooler would be ashamed of. Swirls, Fish Eye, Polishing Compound left thrown about the exterior, dots of paint mounded up and unsanded (and probably unclearcoated), completely missing large sections that were to be repaired. They had the paint guy come back and try to argue it was good work just to have him say "Yeah, I probably could have sanded that better and yeah I could have cleaned up the compound better, but did you see how nice the spot on the back bumper looks?!". The paint guy did the work in less than 3 hours in the back lot in direct sunlight on a hot day and it shows. I was told there were two people who were going to work on the car, one who does plastic repair like the bumper damage that doesn't do the spot repair as well, and one who does the opposite. They had one guy do both things and blamed me for flagging the spots with automotive painters tape that I needed fixed because it put them on the spot when the paint guy said they could just do it all and they apparently don't want him to know they have another person who does work as well. I'm told they are going to try and make it better but I have no faith in the vendors they use after this experience and believe the damage to my car has lowered the value substantially on resale. I honestly don't know how they fix the damage done to EVERY SIDE of my vehicle without causing more issues or a full repaint. More
