Went for recall, dealership took good look at all potential issues for car, gave bid to fix all. Not pushy at all, supported an oil change I requested when I get there. Car washed when returned. First, this is my first experience with BMW. I asked to have the car picked up, due to medical issues. I called the day before the appointment to say my phone died, call my wife’s number. I called and they said they had been calling my (dead)phone, and the person spoke to me like I never called. Oil got changed perfectly. Windshield wiper fluid not coming out, surprised they did NOT ask to repair, kinda important. I purchased the 2 year oil change agreement, hopefully we can communicate a bit better. Employees were friendly, appreciated the delivery back to the house. More
