I scheduled an oil change as a new customer. I was able to do this easily. I was met by service writer Jeremy who checked me in and explained how long my time would be at the dealership. I was given an estimate of future repairs and finished under two hours. Jeremy and the cashier were friendly. The waiting area was clean and had many complimentary beverage options.
