In early 2016, the front tow hitch cover literally fell off of the car, nowhere to be seen. I have been trying to contact them for months about such a simple issue, with no response. This is a sorry excuse for a dealership, and because of the organization of the company, they have an effective monopoly for the Birmingham area. MY recommendation: spend an extra day and go to Atlanta for your BMW needs. More

Dustin in service dept Dustin in service went above and beyond what I expected. I have an extended warranty with another company. Dustin went out of his way and got my claim Dustin in service went above and beyond what I expected. I have an extended warranty with another company. Dustin went out of his way and got my claim approved. The hoops he had to jump through to get the approval and get the claim processed was great. He got me set up with a courtesy car and kept me updated through the whole process. Dustin is a great asset to BMW. More
