I wasn't knocked out with my service experience this time.It was confusing and annoying to be presented with a quote for 3K in "optional" services that that are not actually recommended in the BMW sche time.It was confusing and annoying to be presented with a quote for 3K in "optional" services that that are not actually recommended in the BMW schedule. I requested a simple torque check on the wheels that could have been easily been accommodated and was not done. My service adviser was very pleasant but slow to return telephone calls. I waited around in the garage at pickup time because the tech didn't reset the dashboard reminder lights More

Thorough and polite advisor and prompt service. However car needed extensive software updates of which I was not advised ahead of time. I live 3 hours from dealership and had not planned for an additional car needed extensive software updates of which I was not advised ahead of time.
