The facility was nice and clean, it was a little busy so I got lost in the shuffle for a bit, not a big deal (waited about 20 minutes to be acknowledged). I guess I am a little disappointed that after paying $210 for a "diagnostic" on the rattle in the liftgate area of my 2015 X6 (I just bought used), I Googled the issue and it turns out the issue is a well known problem and can literally be fixed with the turn of a bolt (like how you would level out a wobbly table by turning a foot bolt). I must also point out that the only reason I looked up the issue online is because 3 hours after picking up my vehicle, the clunking noise or rattle was back. I did end up fixing the noise myself this time and it has not come back (this cost me $0). In the future if you are truly a company that looks out for the customer, whether they purchased the vehicle from you or not, maybe don't charge for something that you know can be fixed so easily...you will get a loyal patron for life. More

This was the first time that I have dealt with the dealership. When I called was transferred to the repair shop very quickly and was told do not drive but have my car towed in until the problem could dealership. While on a 3 wk road trip, our engine light came on on our 2019 X-5. We called BMW of Bellevue and spoke to Michael Lawver. He was able to schedule an appointment.
