Bad experience with BMW service dept. in Bellevue. Brought my car in for an oil leak - they put it on a dolly and part of it flipped up and seriously scratched the bumper. My feedback is regarding the service adviser assigned to me: Once I was seated in front of him it took him nearly 5 minutes to acknowledge me, never really looked at me. He appeared to be relatively knew a me: Once I was seated in front of him it took him nearly 5 minutes to acknowledge me, never really looked at me. He appeared to be relatively knew and was flummoxed with the system, which I can be sympathetic to. He printed out the paperwork for a different customer and I brought it to his attention. He was very distracted. Once my car was ready he spoke so rapidly and rushed back to his desk that I was left standing for several minutes wondering when I would receive my car key. When no one came to me, I approached him and asked about my keys. He said he'd told me that they were in the car (he did not). I certainly did not feel valued as a customer. Presentation is also important - every employee at BMW represents the brand. When you show up to work and your clothing is wrinkled that is not a good representation. More

The service agent is supposed to check on the voice command and didn't do that at all. At the check-out time, he said he forgot it and asked me to check on the website on how to troubleshoot the issue, command and didn't do that at all.
